NEW DELHI, Apr 22:
In order to clear extra rush of passengers during the Summer, Railway will run Suvidha special trains between Jammu and Mumbai next month.
The Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus – Jammu Tawi Suvidha Weekly Special Train will depart from Chhatrapati Shivaji station on May 6 at 6.35 AM to reach Jammu Tawi at 6 PM the next day.
In the return direction, Jammu Tawi – Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Suvidha Weekly Special will depart from Jammu Tawi on May 8 at 7.20 AM to reach Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 6 PM the next day.
The fares of Suvidha trains are higher than the regular trains and determined through demand. Only confirmed and RAC tickets are issued on Suvidha trains. Advance Reservation Period is maximum 30 days and minimum 10 days. Tickets for the trains are available at railway reservation counters as well as online.
Comprising of 15 Sleeper Class, four AC-III and two Second Class cum Luggage Van coaches, the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus – Jammu Tawi – Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Suvidha Weekly Special Train will stop at Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nasik, Bhusawal, Itarsi, Bhopal, Jhansi, Agra, New Delhi, Ambala, Ludhiana, Jallandhar and Pathankot stations enroute in both the directions.
