JAMMU, Mar 9: An executive body meeting of Shri Vishwakarma Library and Research Centre (SVLARC) was held here at Vishwakarma Temple Complex New Plots today under the chairmanship of Ram Lal and Ramesh Angotra.
The incharge of the Library Joginder Angotra presented the summary of last year’s activities and achievements which included successful publication of the community magazine“JK Vishwakarma Jagat’’ .
The meeting decided that SVLARC will conduct a free part time coaching and guidance programme for diploma aspirants for the coming session. The subject experts will include Balwant Kataria, Jangi Raina, Rakesh Kumar, Suresh Kumar and Prabha Angotra.
It also decided to conduct a Science Quiz competition in the Summer vacation to promote scientific temper among youth, organize interactive sessions for IAS/KAS aspirants, the community magazine will be made ready for release by first week of September and free Vishwakarma matrimonial will continue to operate under the aegis of SVLARC and Amarjit Dhiman will be the in charge of this service.
