SVLARC organizes awareness camp

JAMMU, Nov 25: Shree Vishwakarma Library & Research Centre (SVLARC) today organized a one day awareness camp at village Chouki (Birnoo), Tehsil Ram Nagar in Udhampur to promote Science Education and create awareness among rural students.
The camp was organized by a local institute there in which Jeevan Chand Dhiman (ZEO Retd) and Hukum Chand Verma (Headmaster Retd) were special invitees. During the camp Balwant Kataria, Educationist, delivered a motivational lecture and assured the students of all help regarding educational facility there.
A handout stated that 100 note books were distributed under ‘Copy Project’ of Vishwakarma Library. Under this project all BPL students of remote areas shall be given free note books and other help as per their need.
Raj Kumar Chalotra said that every student is intelligent but circumstances compel people to miserable conditions.
He said that present era is an era of technology and we should allow our children to use it freely.
The visiting Library team included Raj Kumar Chalotra, Om Kataria, Joginder Angotra, Veena Chalotra, Anjana Angotra, Kreetika Kataria, Suman Lata and Hrithik Malgotra and those present on the occasion were Pritam Dhiman, Hem Raj Charak, Ram Kumar Dhiman (Naib Tehsildar), Ramdas Rasyal (Principal Retd), Suram Chand (Naib Sarpanch), Tarsem Singh, Vijay Kumar, Gian Chand Verma and others.
