JAMMU, May 6: India’s famous young saint Shri Shri 1008 Swami Hari Chataniya Puri Ji Maharaj today delivered sermons during Dharam Sammelan at Dogra Brahman Prathinidhi Sabha, Parade, in connection with Lord Parshuram Jayanti celebration.
The Sammelan was organized by Dogra Brahman Pratinidhi Sabha at Parshuram Bhawan. A large number of people from different walks of life including representatives of various social and religious organizations attended the Sammelan.
While addressing the devotees, Swami Ji said, “It is the inner vision that can see the actual shape of ‘Atma’ and ‘Parmatma’ with himself. With our eyes we are unable to recognize the actual reality; we should pray to our great God to bestow us with the same vision and power with which Arjun has seen the ‘Virat Swaroop’ of Lord Krishna.
In his sweet and fragmented sermons, Swami Ji told devotees “God is one and only one. It is we people who call him by different names, but God does not differentiate. He equally loves all. He is the supreme well-wisher and we should have no doubt about it. Along with the good deeds one should also carry on social obligations and should have firm faith in the God”.
Swami Ji stressed upon his devotees to try and adopt right path of living otherwise bad actions can prove disasters for human being and society, and for whole humanity. He further voiced concern over the corruption militancy, hatred and communalism which are increasing in our country. He told people to offer collective prayers so that we can get rid of all these forces and actions. We should not hope for the pity worldly luxuries but should try to reach to the highest spirituality, Swami Ji said.
Members of the Sabha presented in the Sammelan were Ved Parkash Sharma (president), Pt VM Magotra, Subash Shastri, NC Sharma, ML Sharma, PC Sharma (Advocate), Chander Mohan Sharma (Member, Human Rights Commission), Satya Nand Sharma, Shiv Ram Sharma, Jagan Nath Sharma, Jia Lal Sharma, Prem Balotra, Satpal Sharma, Shankar Dutt Sharma, Gurdas Sharma and others.
