JAMMU, Apr 8: All J&K Sheep & Wool Workers’ Association (SWWA) constituted its new body in its meeting held today in the office complex of Directorate of Sheep Husbandry Department, Jammu.
The new body comprised of Punjab Singh as chairman, Rafiq Malik as president, Sunil Sharma as senior vice-president, Ram Lal as general secretary and Mohd Arif as additional secretary.
Abhinash Sharma was elected as Incharge vice-president for Udhampur-Ramnagar, Ayaz Ellahi Bichoo as vice president Kishtwar, APO, Bhaderwah, Dheeraj Sharma as vice president district Jammu, APO Jammu, Sandeep Manhas as vice-president Doda, Ramban and Reasi, Raj Singh as vice-president of Kathua-Samba and Asif Mir as vice-president of Rajouri-Poonch.
Moreover, Chitar Lekha and Dewan Raj were elected as cashiers, Vinod Kumar as secretary, Mehfooz Ali and Sanjay Kumar as joint secretaries, Mohd Iqbal as publicity secretary, Lakhwinder Singh/Daljeet Kumari as chief organizers, Dara Singh, Surinder Singh, Parveen Raina, Om Parkash, Suresh Singh and Suran Singh as organizers, Vijay Singh and Mohd Arif as spokespersons and Ashiq Hussain, Manan Malik, Abdul Latif, Anil Kumar, Sadhu Singh, Arab Hussain and Mohd Rashid Choudhary as advisors.
