JAMMU, Dec 20: Gandhi Nagar police today arrested a TADA and attempt to murder accused, who was evading arrest for past 20 years. He has been identified as Joginder Singh alias Joga son of Harnam Singh, a resident of Digiana.
He was arrested during a raid conducted by the police in Digiana.
Police produced him before the court, which sent him to jail. He was wanted in a case under Sections 307 RPC and ¾ TADA Act registered at Gandhi Nagar police station in 1992.
Police parties headed by SHO Gandhi Nagar Inspector Gurmeet Singh made the arrest.
