JAMMU, May 11: In the much publicized Dr Rubiya Sayeed kidnapping and killing of Indian Air Force personnel case, TADA Court has directed counsel for the CBI to produce copy of order of High Court whereby stay was vacated.
When the matter came-up for hearing, counsel for the CBI submitted that the High Court has dismissed the petition filed by Yaseen Malik and others and vacated the order of stay.
On this, TADA Court directed counsel for the CBI to produce the copy and fixed the matter for hearing on May 21.
