JAMMU, Mar 6: J&K Unit of Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray has served legal notices and strict warning to the organizations for misleading people and administration on the name of Shiv Sena.
Addressing a press conference here today, Ashok Tiwari, Party’s National Organizer, who is on two-day visit in the Jammu and Kashmir said that he has observed that some mischievous people are misusing the name of Shiv Sena to satire their personal motives. He was flanked by Manish Sahni, President UT J&K.
Tiwari said that the Party High Command has decided to take strong cognizance against such elements who misleading the general public as well as the administration by using the name of Shiv Sena.
“The High Command has instructed to serve legal notices to them”, he said and appealed to the district administration to take strict action against those using the name of Shiv Sena.
Manish Sahni said that misusing of Shiv Sena name is rapidly increasing and sought action by the District Administration.
Among others present were Meenakshi Chibber President Mahila Wing, Rakesh Gupta Chairman, Vikas Bakshi General Secretary and Sanjay Sharma Legal Advisor.
