Talks and terrorism

Sir,
Talks with Pakistan is a fruitless exercise. Pakistan has waged a proxy war against India and infiltration across the borders has not ended yet. Terrorists get training in the neighbouring country and later on spread terrorism in several parts of our country. It has disturbed the peace of our people. India in the past took several steps with regard to peace with Pakistan but all efforts proved futile.
Several agreements have been made in the past for settlement of disputes between the two countries but got disrupted with the passage of time. On the one side she talks for negotiation with India and on the other side sponsors terrorists. Two things can not go together. India has time and again declared that we are ready for any dialogue provided Pakistan stops funding terror organisations and closes the terror training camps in Pakistan. The message is clear and the ball lies in the hands of our neighbouring country. It is right to say that India has maintained good relations with all it neighbouring countries except Pakistan. Let good sense prevail upon her and go for strict action against terrorist for maintaining perpetual peace in the sub-continent.
