JAMMU, Feb 2: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) conducted an online campus recruitment process for the students of 2017-21 batch of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) wherein the virtual campus process began in October 2020 with online registration by the students.
B.K Bhatia, Placement Officer, informed that the whole selection process consisting online test, technical interviews and HR interviews was spread over about four months and finally TCS selected 32 SMVDU students for the job offer.
The selected students included 28 students of B. Tech, one of M. Tech and 3 of MBA.
A handout of SMVDU stated that TCS will offer an annual CTC in the range of 3.5 to 7 lakh for all the campus selects from SMVDU Katra.
Padmashri, Prof. R.K Sinha, Vice Chancellor SMVDU congratulated all the selected students and advised them to be sincere and hardworking during their services with TCS.
