Parents said that the act is unacceptable. “After returning from school, my son told me he would not attend the school from tomorrow as he had felt insulted after the chopping of hair,” a parent said, adding that the incident was against this ethos of education.
“This hair cut instead of inspiring the students discourages them and can even ruin their future,” another parent said. The students and parents demanded that the teacher responsible for the act should be transferred and action be taken against her.
