DODA, June 17: A teacher here today died after the car he was on board fell into a gorge at Garsoo Petrol Pump near Pul Doda on Batote-Kishtwar road.
The ill fated vehicle of Alto make bearing registration number JK17-9723 was on its way to Kishtwar when the driver lost control over the car and it rolled down from the road and landed 500 meters below.
The deceased was identified as Government teacher, Manish Sharma, son of Prabu Dutt Sharma, resident of Matta Kishtwar.
Police has registered a case in this regard at Police Station Doda and started investigation.
