Teachers Forum holds series of meetings

JAMMU, Sept 1:  Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum held a series of meetings at Pallanwalla, Jourian and Akhnoor, under the chairmanship of Ganesh Khajuria for discussion of various issues.
During these meetings, the Forum members expressed concern towards a well planned conspiracy to make the employees of Jammu province junior to their counterparts of Kashmir. They laminated that the Jammu based teachers promoted as Masters in 2014 were still awaiting their adjustment while their counterparts in Kashmir have become more than two years seniors to them.
The Forum also demanded removal of pay anomalies of Master, release of grants on account of Mid Day Meal, RMSA, SSA, NPS etc at the earliest, enhancement of honorarium in favour of ReTs, etc.
Prominent among those, who attended the meeting, included Gopal Singh, Yog Raj Singh Slathia, Ravinder Singh, Balwan Singh and others.
