KATHUA, Dec 10: In continuation of its protest against the delay in redressal of their issues, Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) unit of Kathua today held candle march under the leadership of Ganesh Khajuria, Chairman of JKTF.
The candle march was taken out from Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park Kathua. The protesting JKTF members were demanding DPC of Teachers, ATD after removing the major loopholes, adjustment of recently promoted Headmasters and Lecturers, removal of the nomenclature of Inchargeism and look after word, NPS to OPS, transfer policy in favour of Grade II and Grade III and other legitimate pending issues of teacher fraternity.
Those who took part in the candle march protest, included Darshan Sharma, Kuldeep Singh Bandral, Subash Sharma, Rajeshwar Sambyal, Kuldeep Verma, Rashpaul Singh, Gurnam Singh, Pankaj Sharma, Sanjeev Kumar, Sanjay Sharma, Kulvinder Kumar, Sham Singh, Lakhvir Singh, Mangal Singh, Madan Gopal, Shakti Kumar, Anil Sharma, Raj Kumar, Makhan Singh and others.
