JAMMU, Feb 22: J&K Teachers Joint Action Committee (JKTJAC) has demanded solution for the issue of left out cases of Grade-II and Grade-III Teachers “who either had some minor adverse cases or had the issue of overlapping of degrees.”
In a handout JKTJAC General Secretary, Saleem Sagar also demanded transfer policy for Regularized Rehbar-e-Taleem (ReT) Teachers including Grade-II and Grade-III Teachers, Third Teachers and normally regularized ReT Teachers.
More demands raised included implementation of order regarding inclusion of initial five years service in service records of regularized ReT Teachers, timely adjustment of supernumerary cadre against substantive posts, extension of SRO-43 benefits in favour of teacher with Grade-II and Grade-III, leave encashment for teachers, adjustment of upper primary school Head Teachers on available master grade posts, creation of master grade posts in upper primary school and abolishment of in-charge system in school education department.
JKTJAC General Secretary appealed to the Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu and his Advisor K.K Sharma and Commissioner Secretary Education, Hirdesh Kumar to personally intervene into the matter.
