SAMBA, Dec 7: During six- day capacity building training program for in-services teachers, around 450 Teachers/Masters have been trained under SSA at High School Meen Sarkar, district Samba.
The training programme was held under the supervision and guidance of Chief Education Officer OP Bhagat and DIET Principal Seva Ram, who provided all the facilities and latest gadgets like projector, computer, generator, printer so that the training can be conducted without any interruption or obstacle.
During the training programme, teachers were guided to change the pattern of morning assembly, to make teaching activity based, frame the lesson plan according to latest trend , enhance art and craft activities , chart making competitions etc.
Course co-ordinator Renu Bala said that another important component of the training was to enhance the knowledge of teachers not only regarding their subjects but also about child abuse practices and inclusive education.
