Shobha Yatra taken out in Jammu

JAMMU, Feb 3: Neelam Langeh, president BJP SC Morcha, J&K, today exhorted the people to inculcate the spirit of selflessness and righteousness as preached by saints and sages, saying fellow feelings hold key to the harmonious growth of society.
Paying rich tribute to great saint and social reformer, Guru Ravi Dass Ji during a Sobha Yatra conducted by Guru Ravi Dass Sabha, Krishna Nagar here today, Langeh said that best way of celebrating the occasion is to take a pledge to follow his teachings in letter and spirit and work for building a society based on the natural principles of social justice, equality, compassion, love and togetherness.
The senior BJP leader said the teachings of the great Guru have inspired the generations and helped in transforming the society, making it conducive for various communities, irrespective of cast, creed and colour. Langeh said teachings of the great saint are more relevant for today’s generation. He appealed the people to follow teachings of this great Saint.
A large number of people participated in Shobha Yatra of Guru Ravi Dass Ji taken out by the Sabha in Jammu today.
Sabha president Piran Ditta was leading the Shobha Yatra along with other office bearers. It started from Krishna Nagar near GGM Science College (Canal Road) and after passing through various City routes finally concluded at the place of its origin.
