KATHUA, Mar 12: Team Bani, district Kathua has taken up the noble initiative of providing free food service to the patients admitted in Sub District Hospital, Bani.
This initiative of social service was started in the town today by Dr Rameshwar Singh.
Dr Rameshwar Singh in his address on the occasion said, “We all the volunteers of Team Bani have decided to start a free-food canteen facility for the patients at various health institutions especially hospitals in the hilly region of Kathua. However, realizing the enormity of funds involved in this endeavour and at the same time avoiding delay, we finally decided to provide the service on Sundays for the time being and that too at the Sub-District Hospital.”
He said that in today’s inaugural programme Sunday Breakfast was served to the patients.
