JAMMU, Oct 15: Jammu and Kashmir Technical Employees Federation of Power Development Department highlighted various issues being faced by the employees for a long time, here today.
The demands were highlighted during the meeting which was held under the leadership HD Singh, Provincial president in which all the prominent members of district Jammu participated.
They highlighted delay in finalization of senior list of technician-3rd in Jammu province and District cadre posts which are not maintained as per SSRB merits.
The meeting unanimously decided that the Federation will continue their struggle in future for resolution of their pending legal demands with the Power Development Department and also appealed to the matriculate ITI qualified technicians across the UT to remain united under the banner of JK Technical Employees Federation.
It was also unanimously decided that the Federation will continue its support to JKPEECC, led by Sachin Tickoo, convenor and Jaipal Sharma, chairman. They assured the Federation for conveying over legal demands before the Power administration.
Members who spoke on the occasion were Rajinder Singh, Khursheed Butt, Mohd Ishfaq, Tanveer Khan, Jarnail Singh and others.
