RAMNAGAR, June 22: A teen-aged girl committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance for unknown reasons.
The deceased was identified as Nisha Devi (18), daughter of Jagdish Singh of Barmeen, Ramnagar.
She had consumed some poisonous substance at her residence on June 20 after which she was admitted at Govt Medical College Hospital Jammu where she breathed her last this afternoon.
Cause of provocation behind the extreme step could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
