DODA, July 1: Two persons including a teenager allegedly committed suicide.
As per police sources, Sandeep Kumar Bhagat (17), son of Sher Singh of Village Bhejja Bhaderwah allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself with a ceiling fan at his residence.
Noticing him hanging, family members informed the police and the body was shifted to hospital, where after conducting postmortem, the body was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
A case in this regard has been registered at Bhaderwah police station and investigation started to ascertain the reason behind such extreme step.
Meanwhile, 42-year-old Bharat Bhushan, son of Kunj Lal of Paryote allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence.
Finding him unconscious, family members shifted him to District Hospital Doda, where doctors declared him as brought dead.
The body was handed over to family members after completing legal formalities.
A case has been registered at Doda police station in this regard and investigation started to ascertain the reason behind such extreme step.
