KUPWARA, July 30: Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara has issued a circular instructing all the Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars to ensure their presence at their respective headquarters.
This was done to ensure timely delivery of public services and to regulate the attendance of Government employees in the district.
The circular further stated that no officer shall leave the headquarter without prior permission from the DC and any non-compliance on the part of any officer shall invite disciplinary action as warranted under the law.
