KATHUA, Apr 23: The silent protest dharna of terminated paramedical staff entered in 21st day today in support of their demand. The protestors’ are sitting in the premises of Government Medical College Hospital (GMCH) Kathua in support of their demand to get extension to continue their job.
They said that they have to continue the protest till the fulfillment of their demand. The authorities are adopting use and throw policy with qualified youth, they added. The youth are frustrated with the dictatorial decision taken by authorities without any reason. They put the future of professional youth in dark having the technical qualification in nursing, working in Operation Theatre and Laboratory, they added.
The Health and Medical Education Department have large number of vacancies in various wings but the authorities are playing with future of youth. When the youth show willingness to work to fight against Coronavirus then authorities keep mum and the treason is better known to them. They also appealed to Union Minister in PMO, Dr Jitendra Singh and sought his intervention in the matter to give relief to protesting qualified youth whose future is in dark and they have become idle.
