Termination of contractual teachers

Sir,
For  simple reason, these teachers were engaged to meet the shortage of regular teachers in schools. But their termination at this stage, when the staff position in these school is totally unchanged, seems unjustified and illogical. It appears that the decision has been taken without any consideration of schooling that is surely going to be disturbed, when new academic session starts.
These teachers were hopeful of human consideration for their regularisation on ReT pattern atleast. Since these teachers belong to the areas where the posts exist, and moroever. They possess higher qualifications, their regularisations,  as ReTs is justified. Unemployment is a grave problem in the State. A healing touch and sound recruitment policy is very much needed to absorb thousands and thousands unemployed sweating hard for livelihood.
