UDHAMPUR, Dec 30: Police here today arrested a hard-core terror associate and lodged him in jail after slapping Public Safety Act (PSA) on him.

The accused has been identified as Mohd. Rafiq, son of Mohd. Qasim, resident of Balota Chigla, Basantgarh and he was involved in multiple terror cases.
As per police, he was working as active guide and facilitator for terrorist organisations till his arrest.
Keeping in view his activities, he was ordered by the concerned authorities to be detained under Public Safety Act.
