Suspected terrorist Bilal Wani on Monday disclosed that he and two other terrorists planned to attack the Akshardham Temple and disrupt the Republic Day parade in Delhi, the Anti-Terrorism Squad said. Wani was handed to the ATS after he was detained for traveling without a ticket on Shatabdi Express. A high-alert has been issued to locate the other two terrorists.
