JAMMU, July 16: Under the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs, Jammu and Kashmir, has appointed Tharum Patnaik (IAS batch 2023 UT) as the Executive Magistrate for District Srinagar. He will exercise all the powers of an Executive Magistrate within his territorial jurisdiction.
