JAMMU, Sept 1: Hotel Asia is ready with some unique and new sizzling flavours for Jammuites, as it is organizing 10-days ‘The Sizzlers-Fusion Festival’ from September 2 to 11.
Naresh Dabral, Executive Chief of Hotel Asia shared, “The idea of serving sizzling food is almost 80 years back started from Japan that achieved popularity after world war in USA, as the attraction of sizzling, smoky hot dish will always win every heart”.
He said here at Hotel Asia, we are serving a very unique and sizzling fusion food with the twist of that combines elements of the different culinary traditions which is taste fully enhanced with our innovation.
“Here one may go for selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that include Chicken Papadum Fajita salad to Korean crispy chicken wings, chicken teriyaki, General Tso chicken, peri peri chicken drum stick, Lahori chapli kebab and prawns dynamite as non-vegetarian starters while southwestern potato twister, combo Indo veg tanduri platter, Mumbai style cheese franki roll and many more as vegetarian starters”, he said.
“At the main one may relish sizzling sumadri khajana taka tak, maghaj taka tak, sizzling lamb chop, Mapo tofu, murgh wazid ali, chicken steak and lamb steak in red wine devil sauce on your sizzler while vegetarian can relish our Lebenese vegee sizzlers, Italian sizzlers, sesame coated veg sizzler in sweet chilli sauce, paneer long latta on sizzler with rice baby naan and papad kuchumber cone, etc”, Dabral further said, adding, Jammuites can also relish desert like sizzling chocolate brownie, deep fried ice cream and sizzling dates and nut roll served vanilla ice cream.
