POONCH, Aug 2: Unknown persons attempted theft in State Bank of India’s ATM near fort in Poonch town last night.
Official sources said that thieves tried to broke the ATM machine but could not succeed in looting the money. There was no security guard at this ATM, while many other ATMs in Poonch are also running without security guards.
Station House Officer Poonch, Ranjit Rao said that CCTV footage is being checked in the matter and action will be taken accordingly after getting some lead.
