POONCH, June 11: Police have solved a theft case in the office of ARTO Poonch and arrested the accused besides recovering the stolen printer from his possession.,
Police said that the theft had taken place on the intervening night of June 8-9 and ARTO Poonch had lodged a written complaint in this regard stating that some unknown thief entered in the office after breaking the lock of the door and stole a printer from the office room. A case FIR under section 457/380 IPC was registered in this connection at Police Station Poonch.
During investigation, Police detained a person namely Mohd Ishaq, son of Mohd Sadiq, resident of Bandi, Kamak Khan, Tehsil-Mandi, who confessed his crime during questioning. On his disclosure, the stolen printer was also recovered.
