JAMMU, Aug 4: Bishnah Police arrested a thief and recovered stolen items from his possession.
As per police sources, while investigating a case registered under FIR Number 125/2021 under Sections 457 and 380 IPC, a team from Police Station Bishnah led by SHO Inspector Joginder Singh under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan arrested the thief.
The accused was identified as Romy Boghal alias Gugu, son of Arjun Kumar, a resident of Chak Bana, Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu. On his disclosure, 2 LPG cylinders and motor were recovered.
Further questioning of the accused is going on to ascertain his involvement in other theft cases.
