JAMMU, Sept 11: Rehari Police arrested a thief and recovered stolen motorcycle from his possession.
As per police sources, to work out a case registered under FIR Number 112/2022 under Section 379 IPC regarding theft of a motorcycle, a team from Police Post Rehari led by SI Ahmed Din was constituted under the supervision of SHO Pacca Danga Inspector Rakesh Sharma and SDPO City Sharad Kalu.
The team put in hectic efforts and finally nabbed the thief along with stolen motorcycle bearing registration number JK02BM-7813.
The arrested thief was identified as Narinder Gupta, son of late Ram Lal Gupta of Wazarat Road District Jammu.
Further questioning of the arrested thief is going on to ascertain his involved in other cases.
