JAMMU, Oct 2: Kullian police arrested a thief along with stolen motorcycle and mobile.
As per police sources, police team from Kullian Police Post laid a naka and intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AW-4299.
During scrutinizing of documents, it came to fore that the bike was stolen from Gandhi Nagar area yesterday and a case in this regard also stands registered at Gandhi Nagar Police Station.
Acting swiftly, police arrested the motorcyclist, who has been identified as Sahil Kumar, a resident of Garhi, Domana. A stolen mobile phone was also recovered from his possession.
The accused was handed over to Gandhi Nagar Police Station for further investigation into the case.
Police team headed by Incharge Police Post Kullian ASI Gurmeet Singh and SHO Miran Sahib Police Station Sanjeev Chib made the arrest under the supervision of SP Headquarters Randheer Singh and SDPO RS Pura Devinder Singh.
