JAMMU, Sept 16: Sidhra police arrested two thieves and recovered stolen items.
As per police sources, thieves barged into five shops at Sidhra and decamped with some items.
After getting information, a team from Sidhra police station launched a manhunt and succeeded in arresting two thieves.
The accused have been identified as Bilal Ahmed, son of Mehrajudin of District Kishtwar and Ghulam Rasool of Gandoh.
During search, cash Rs 1375, 15 packets of cigarettes, three sim cards, one mobile phone, two head phones, one dongle, one rod and screw driver were recovered from their possession.
A case under FIR Number 188/16 under Section 457 and 380 RPC has been registered against the accused at police station Nagrota and investigations started.
