KATHUA, May 15: Thieves decamped with Rs 25,000 in cash and golden ornaments valuing over 2 lakh from the house of Balwan Singh son of Bhaj Singh of Lasipur Kathua late last night.
As per the statement of Balwan with the Kathua police thieves intruded in his house after breaking the gate from back side of the house and decamped with Rs 25000 cash and golden ornaments valuing over Rs two lakh.
Kathua police has registered a case in this regard and started investigation.
