Thieves decamp with cash, other essentials from medical shop, house

BHADERWAH, Feb 28: In a very shocking incident, some thieves barged into a medical shop just few yards away from police station Bhaderwah and decamped with cash and other essentials.
As per police sources, thieves barged into a medical shop ‘Ikhwan Medical Hall’ owned by Yasir Hamid at Main Bazaar and decamped with Rs 60,000 cash and other essentials last night.
The owner of the medical shop Yasir Hamid reported the matter to police.
The medical shop is just 100 meters away from police station Bhaderwah, which has raised a question mark on the security check by the police during the night.
Meanwhile, thieves also barged into the house Chaman Lal Mehta at Seri Bazaar and decamped with gold items, cash and other essentials.
Cases under relevant Sections have been registered at Bhaderwah police station and investigation started.
However, no arrest had been made till reports were compiled.
