JAMMU, Dec 28: Thieves barged into a house at Dashmesh Nagar and decamped with gold and silver ornaments and cash.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by Vikas Mahajan, son of Subhash Mahajan of Amritsar with Police Station Satwari stating that some thieves entered into his house at Dashmesh Nagar and decamped with 4 tolas gold ornaments, silver ornaments and Rs 30,000 cash.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 262/2020 under Sections 457 and 380 IPC has been registered at Police Station Satwari and hunt has been launched to nab the thieves.
