Thieves held, stolen bike recovered

JAMMU, June 29: Police claimed today that they have arrested two notorious thieves from Bishnah town here and recovered a stolen motorcyle from their possession.
A police spokesperson said that an incident of bike theft had occurred in the jurisdiction of Bari Brahmana wherein a Royal Enfield was reported to be stolen.
Upon getting the receipt of the same, he said, a team of Police Station Bishnah led by SDPO RS Pura Nikhil Gogna assisted by SHO Bishnah Inspector Vikram Sharma succeeded in arresting two notorious thieves identified as Sahil Massi of Ward Number 7, Bishnah, and Anuj Negi of Dehradun at present Teli Basti Bari Brahmana, along with the stolen motorcycle.
“The thieves and the stolen bike shall be handed over to Police Station Bari Brahamana for further legal action against the duo,” said the spokesperson.
