POONCH, Feb 4: Thieves broke into 9 shops at village Nakka Manjayari in Mendhar Sub Division under Gursai Police Station.

As per the reports, the thieves broke into the shops during the intervening night of 3rd and 4th February. Sarpanch of the area said that the locks of a total of 9 shops including hardware, chemist, vegetable, grocery etc were broken and a huge amount of valuables worth lakhs and cash were stolen.
A case in this connection was registered at Gursai Police Station and a manhunt was launched for the thieves.
