This is reference to news item ‘Foreigners posing security threat- J&K Govt’s SOS to Centre on deportation of 25 militants’, DE Feb 23, 2018.
Finally, J&K Govt has realised the threat perception in presence of foreigners (militants/terrorists from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Myanmar) to the State of J&K. The State Government should also realise the threat from people hailing from Bangladesh and Myanmar settled in Jammu and Ladakh by the previous Government. It is well known that presecution of Rohingyas started in August 2016 by Myanmar security forces. So all those who came to India and were accepted by the then J&K Government including their settlement in Jammu and Ladakh must be those who were hard core and were first target of Myanmar Government. Therefore J&K Government should initiate action for their expulsion from the State sooner than they become real threat to safety/security of Jammu and Ladakh regions of the State.
