JAMMU, May 14: Narwal police today arrested three persons with 8 kg of charas from Narwal area.
“After developing specific information, a police party of police party Narwal conducted a raid at Yard No 7 in Narwal and arrested three notorious criminals along with 8 kg charas”, a police spokesman said, adding, the narcotics were meant to be sold among the youth of the district Jammu.
He said a case in this connection was registered at police station Bahu Fort under relevant sections of law and further investigation of the case was going on.
The spokesman said that the arrest and recovery was made by Incharge, police post Narwal, Wasim Mehraj, under the close supervision of SDPO City East, Arun Jamwal and SP Headquarters, Romesh Kotwal.
