Three booked for kidnapping, wrongful confinement of girl

JAMMU, May 31: Three persons including two brothers have been booked for kidnapping and illegal confinement of a girl.
As per police sources, on a complaint forwarded by CJM Jammu, three persons have been booked for kidnapping and wrongful confinement of a girl hailing from Bumnal area.
The accused have been identified as Yaqub and Suleman, sons of Ilam Din and Zulekha, wife of Ilam Din, trio residents of Teli Basti, Bari Brahmana.
In the complaint, the girl mentioned that the accused kidnapped her, put her in wrongful confinement and forced her to perform marriage.
A case under FIR Number 63/16 under Section 363, 342, 384 and 147 RPC has been registered against the aforesaid persons and investigation started.
