JAMMU: At least five people, including three children, died on Friday when a van they were travelling in skidded off and plunged into a deep gorge in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Police here said that one Van on way from Ramban towards Doda when reached Raggi Nallah this morning at around 0900 hours met with an accident and plunged into about 400 to 500 feet deep gorge.
“Five persons including three minors died on the spot,” Police said adding that two of them have been identified and a police team is on job.
