JAMMU, Apr 1: Jammu police today arrested 3 bootleggers with 51 bottles of illicit liquor from different areas.
Eighteen bottles of illicit liquor were recovered from an accused namely Sohan Lal son of Moti Ram of Kahpotha (Dansal) by Jhajjar Kotli Police while 13 bottles were recovered another drug peddler namely Bodh Raj son of Tara, resident of Jagti Tanda (Nagrota) by Police Station Nagrota.
Similarly another police team of PP Pargwal while on naka duty rounded up a suspect namely Ramesh Singh son of Raj Singh, resident of Bhalwal Bharth (Pargwal, Jammu). During search 20 bottles of illicit liquor were recovered from his possession.
The concerned police had registered FIRs in all the three cases and started further investigation.
