JAMMU : Jammu Police today arrested three persons of Harkat-ul-Jihad along with Hawala money in Satwari area of this winter capital.
“Based on a tip-off, police this morning laid a nakka at Satwari Chowk in South of Jammu and intercepted three persons,” reliable sources here told.
They said that during frisking Rs 5.30 lakh Indian currency, which was being smuggled as Hawala money was recovered from them.
The arrested were identified as Asadullah, Salamdin and Bashir Ahmad, all residents of village Sawala, District Doda.
The matter is being investigated, they said.
