JAMMU, Jan 15: Three women were injured today after they were hit by an unknown car at Muthi area on city outskirts.
As per police sources, a speeding Wagon-R car hit three women pedestrians while they were crossing the road near Muthi. In the mishap, the women identified as Veerta Sharma (50) wife of Ashok Kumar, Khema Rani (55) wife of Naresh and Madhu (55) wife of Vijay, all residents of Muthi, suffered injuries.
The injured women were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for medical treatment while Domana Police had taken cognizance of the matter.
