JAMMU, July 26: Three persons were injured today in separate road accidents in city and its outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a pedestrian identified as Munshi Ram (90) son of Sant Ram, resident of Akhnoor, was hit and injured by a speeding bike at Deharan within the jurisdiction of police station Kanachak.
A pedestrian was also hit and injured by an auto at Rehari Chungi. The injured was identified as Deepak Bhat (43) son of BN Bhat, resident of Talab Tillo. Another pedestrian identified as Sewa Ram (50) son of Sant Ram, resident of Sohal (Akhnoor), was injured when he was hit by a mini-bus at Akhnoor.
All the three injured persons were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment while the concerned police had taken cognizance in all three cases.
