JAMMU, Jan 8: Three motorcycles and one scooty were stolen from different areas of Jammu district.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by Riyaz Ahmed of Bhatindi with Police Station Bahu Fort regarding theft of his motorcycle.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 9/2021 under Section 379 IPC has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
Meanwhile, a complaint was lodged by Tarvinder Singh of Ward Number 1 Bhour Camp with Police Station RS Pura regarding theft of his motorcycle.
In this regard, a case under FIR Number 6/2021 under Section 379 IPC has been registered at Police Station RS Pura and investigation started.
In another similar incident, a case under FIR Number 10/2021 under Section 379 IPC was registered at Police Station Domana on the complaint regarding theft of motorcycle by Madan Lal, son of Mela Ram of Sari Ghou Manhasa.
However, a scooty has been stolen from Krishna Nagar area. On complaint of Sahil Gupta of Krishna Nagar, a case under relevant Sections has been registered at Nowabad Police Station and investigation started.
