JAMMU, Sept 7: Leading Web Design and Development organization—‘Threebrackets’ today organised a free one day workshop on ‘Wordpress as a Content Management System’ for the benefit of BCA and MCA students of Institute of Management Sciences, Ghura Brahamana, Patoli (Jammu).
During the workshop, leading website developers of the State imparted practical knowledge to the participants. The theory lecture included live demonstration of the WordPress model, which was followed by hands on practical training for each student.
A pre and post workshop test to evaluate the skills imparted in the session was also conducted, wherein the participants showed a 70% increase in their post workshop scores on the topic.
MD, Threebrackets, Dr Sidharth Verma, was the chief resource person for the workshop, while Training and Placement Officer, Bhanu Pratap Singh Jamwal and HOD Computer Sciences at IMS, Archana Sharma, also attended the session along with faculty and other management officials.
