The step is aimed at making the working of District Industries Centres smooth, fair and transparent to ensure delivery of services in a time-bound manner.
Director Industries Jammu Dr. Abdul Rashid has issued a circular in this regard directing the General Managers to nominate an officer in each DIC for scrutinizing the cases on their receipt for ensuring that the requisite documents are appended with the application, as per a check list revised by the department.
